Our desire with Spirit of Life is to offer a community where everyone knows that they are truly welcome... "a place at the table" for everyone.
At Spirit of Life, we are doing our very small part to improve the
situation of those in need around our world.
Presently we assist with the crisis of AIDS in Africa by
designating The African Dream Center, which cares for children orphaned
by HIV/AIDS, as recipient of our donation of 15% of our contributions
during this Easter Season.
Rev. Jean Marchant, M.Div., D.Min.,
is a wife, mother and grandmother whose ministry over the past
25
years has encompassed
hospice
and hospital chaplaincy, pastoral counseling, marriage and family
therapy and spiritual direction.
She has ministered to people
navigating a myriad of life challenges and transitions across the
spectrum of life.
It has been her gift to accompany people
living and dying with AIDS, grieving children, adults facing issues of
spiritual and emotional health, and those living with life threatening
illness or grieving the death of a loved one.
As an ordained Catholic priest in the Roman
Catholic Womanpriest Community, her ministry of pastoral care and
counseling is now enriched by her sacramental ministry.
