Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation is a poem by Naomi Shihab Nye "Shoulders" inviting us to carry each other with care.

We invite you to join us as we commit ourselves to working tirelessly to end systemic and structural racism in our society, in the church, in healthcare, in the workplace--wherever it shows up so that everyone may come to have more abundant life. May this meditation nourish our contemplative-active hearts and sustain all of us in action.

Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

This week we are traveling out to Iowa City to participate in the Ordination of the new Bishop in the Roman Catholic Woman Priest Midwest Region, Martha Sherman--keep her in your prayers in these momentous days. We are driving and visiting friends and family along the way. We carry you in our hearts along the way of our pilgrimage.

Dear Friends,

We hope that you are safe and well.

Today's Meditation lifts up Caryll Houselander. She saw the spark of the Divine in everyone.

Last night for our Spirit of Life Community Spiritual Discussion Night we watched and heard a presentation by Dr. Patricia Fresen, RCWP Bishop on "Unpacking the Aramaic Prayer of Jesus, the Our Father/Mother." It was such an energizing presentation capturing the Cosmic Energy of the Universe which moblizes us for action. Today's Meditation is the translation of that Aramaic Prayer of Jesus which we promised to send to all of you.
